Please note that on submission of any order the customer has confirmed that they have read, understood and accepted all our terms and conditions of sale and are aware of our current delivery times.

All of our products except fittings, prints, books and collectables are MADE TO ORDER ONLY.

Our current delivery times are approx 4-6 weeks. We will try to advise you of any delays but if you have an event planned please allow plenty of time as WE DO NOT KEEP ANYTHING IN STOCK! 

All items to be paid for in full on ordering.

Goods remain the property of the " Military History Workshop" until paid for in full.

Payment to be made in GB sterling only.

Payment can be made by cheque, postal order, cash or paypal.(sorry no credit/debit cards).

Please allow 5 working days for cheque clearance.

Please make cheques payable to " Military History Workshop".

Only paypal accepted from overseas buyers.

Refunds for returned items are only given if found to be faulty or not as ordered. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY on receipt of order. On returning items please ensure that you retain proof of posting as in the event of a parcel going missing we cannot issue any refund without the postage proof.

IMPORTANT- Military history workshop would like to point out that all our items manufactured by us are reproduction of original items and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury caused by the misuse of said items. None of our items comply with any current safety standards and are for display use only.

All overseas orders will be charged separately for shipping and insurance and will be sent via" Airmail International signed for" unless otherwise advised.

    

                                                     

  UK POSTAGE

 A SINGLE FLAT RATE CHARGE OF £4.95 PER ORDER BY ROYAL MAIL. UK MAINLAND ONLY. FOR LOSS COMPENSATION PLEASE SEE POSTAGE INSURANCE ON OUR HOME PAGE CATERGORY SECTION. ALTHOUGH WE ALWAYS RETAIN PROOF OF POSTING, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS AND THEREFORE RECOMMEND THAT CUSTOMERS BUY SUFFICIENT INSURANCE TO PROTECT THEIR ORDER DURING POSTING.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE

DUE TO THE UNRELIABILITY WITH OVERSEAS SHIPPING, ALL ORDERS UP TO 2KG WILL ONLY BE SENT VIA AIRMAIL INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR. SADLY THIS WILL COST AN ADDITIONAL £4.95 TO STANDARD AIRMAIL CHARGES, BUT WILL INSURE CONTENTS UP TO £500.00 WHICH WE BELIEVE WILL GIVE OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS BETTER SERVICE.

ALL OUR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS WILL BE ADVISED OF SHIPPING COSTS ON ORDERING.
